He was very transparent in the entire process and gave weekly updates on his search. In addition to that, he also handled the acquisition of my previous lease that still had a month left to go on the payment. He took care of everything and it saved me from having to pay the dealership the lease turn in fee ($500) as well as the incidental damage fees that the dealership would have charged. Their service is 5-star and I was shocked at how easy everything was. He is fair and honest and I literally can not recommend working with Brett enough.
